Luny’s Emporium uses USPS as our shipping carrier.

We offer a 1 Business day handling time.

If you order from our store, your item is usually processed and shipped out within 1 business day of receiving completed payment.

(Orders received after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped out the next day!)

Shipping Services Available & FAQ

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not ship Sundays, or holidays.
  • Standard shipping typically arrives between 4-10 business days. 
    Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business days depending on your address, Monday through Saturday. You will receive and order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order.
  • Saturday delivery is not available for Overnight Shipping and Express shipping.
  • 2-3 Day and Overnight orders must be in before NOON EST to ship out same business day. After NOON EST, orders will ship the following business day.
  • 2-3 Day and Overnight orders are delivered Monday-Friday. They are NOT delivered Saturday or Sunday.
  • Gift Cards ship free via Standard shipping for the Continental U.S only.
  • Watch for an email from us. We may need additional information to process your order.
  • Luny’s Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

United States and Puerto Rico Delivery Details

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping typically arrives between 4-10 business days.
Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business days depending on your address, Monday through Saturday. You will receive and order and shipping confirmation email, so you can track your order.

First-Class Mail

First Class mail typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

This is the default shipping option we use for items under 15.9 ounces.

Priority Mail

Priority shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

This is the default shipping option we use for items over 15.9 ounces.

Express Shipping
Express shipping typically arrives between 2-3 business days.
Express orders are delivered Monday-Friday. This option is NOT available for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.
Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
Overnight
Orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by NOON EST to ship the same day.
Overnight orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
Overnight orders placed after NOON EST will ship the following business day.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska
Alaska shipping typically arrives between 16-18 business days.
Hawaii shipping typically arrives between 12-15 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska orders are delivered Monday – Friday. This option is NOT available for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Puerto Rico

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Nope.
Q: I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on sunday or holidays. If you still think your order is missing in action, give us a call at 1+662-760-1609
 
Q: Why doesn’t the USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!
 
Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
APO/FPO and International Delivery Details
 
APO/FPO Shipping
 
APO/FPO shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days.  
 
Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
 
All APO/FPO orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
 
International Shipping
 
Canadian shipping typically arrives in 6-10 business days. 
Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 10-20 business days, depending upon region.

Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.
 
All Canadian orders ship via Purolator; all other International orders ship via USPS.

APO/FPO Shipping FAQs
 
Q: How does my package ship out?
A: All APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority. Tracking detail is available until the package is delivered to the Military Post Office in San Francisco or New York. The percentage of USPS Priority shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1% and we consider them a very reliable shipping source for all APO/FPO destinations.
 
International Shipping FAQs
 
Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.
Q: Why does International shipping cost more?
A: International shipping costs more because your package is tracked and insured. Although lunysemporium.com does not charge a handling fee, there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.
Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
* PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. LUNY’S EMPORIUM CAN’T ANTICIPATE THESE COSTS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHAT KINDS OF FEES YOU CAN EXPECT.
Q: Can you designate my order as a gift so I don’t need to pay custom fees?
A: We’re sorry, but we are not able to designate any packages as gifts.
Q: What are my International shipping options?
A: USPS  is the preferred shipping method for orders shipping to Canada. For all other international orders, DHL is the preferred shipping method. Please note that we do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders at this time.
Q: I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from Lunysemporium.com?
A: Yes, you certainly can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Please select AA or AE from the state drop down menu that corresponds to your U.S. military zip code.
Q: I live in the USA, but I’d like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?
A: Yes, you can. You’ll need to select “U.S. Express Mail” as your shipping method. Make sure to modify the “Shipping Address” before clicking “Submit.”
Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?
A: Canadian orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days; all other international orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The U.S. Postal Service, Luny’s Emporium, or any other independent shipping carrier can not be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Luny’s Emporium has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Luny’s Emporium, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.
